Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products reported within 14 days of delivery. Customers must provide photo or video evidence of the issue for verification.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges, including return shipping and reshipping fees. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a replacement will be shipped.

Exchanges are not available for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect product selection, or cosmetic preferences. Items must be returned in original condition with all included components.

If the exchanged item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit at our discretion.
