Refund Policy

We accept refund requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If the product shows signs of use, damage, missing components, or improper packaging, a partial refund or rejection may apply. Refunds will not be issued for items damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or improper handling.

If a package is refused or returned without prior approval, additional handling or restocking deductions may apply.
